Bio
Ariel McMillion was born under a bad sign, and raised on the run. At the age of three he picked up a pencil and drew a charicature of Elmer Fudd. By his ninth birthday he spoke three languages and impersonated Elvis for icecream money; at twelve he was interrogated for espionage in Vishakhapatnam, India, but walked. In due time he attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied artistic license, graduating with degree in same.
Since 2000 Ariel has lived and worked in Sweden, where he maintains a practiced balance between imagination and delusion. When he is not submerged in the creative deluge of Being, he combines comic book and Expressionist elements to create images drenched in texture, distortion, and irony.
